Project Manager – Retail Fit-Out (Supermarket Accounts)Location: South West England (Office-based with site visits across the South)Salary: £58,000-£65,000 + Car Allowance + Company BenefitsEmployment Type: Full-time, PermanentRole Overview:We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead fast-track retail fit-out projects for major supermarket clients. Based in the South West, you’ll oversee multiple site operations across the South of England, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and quality execution.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end delivery of supermarket fit-out projectsCoordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet tight deadlinesEnsure compliance with client specifications and health & safety standardsConduct regular site visits and progress reviewsLiaise with stakeholders to maintain strong client relationshipsMonitor budgets, schedules, and resource allocationRequirements:Proven experience managing retail/supermarket construction or refurbishment projectsMust be based in the South West of EnglandStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneouslyProficiency in project management tools and reportingBenefits:Competitive salary (£58,000-£65,000)Car allowanceComprehensive company benefits package (details available upon request)If you would like to apply for the role, please email me a copy of your CV
