Job DescriptionWe’re hiring on behalf of a leading global payments firm seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to join their Innovation & Ventures Team. This permanent role will focus on enhancing their Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) offering – enabling international customers to pay in their home currency. You’ll work closely with engineers to shape and deliver cutting-edge solutions in a fast-evolving fintech landscape.Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to enhance the DCC product suite.
• Translate the roadmap into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring stories are sprint-ready and aligned with priorities.
• Coordinate with engineering, UX, and commercial teams to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
• Review progress each sprint and maintain accurate product documentation.
• Continuously refine backlog, manage risks, and align deliverables with strategic goals.

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ Product Owner experience, ideally in financial services.
• Strong technical background and Agile/Scrum experience.
• Skilled in backlog management, user stories, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
• Based in Greater Dublin or Munster region with flexible hybrid working arrangements.
