You’ll be responsible for shaping operations from the ground up, leading a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring world-class standards in part repair, safety, and service performance. This is a rare opportunity to shape a new facility and create lasting impact across our European service network.What You’ll Do

  • Lead all operations at the EU service depot, from setup to daily management.
  • Oversee a diverse team across technical and administrative functions.
  • Ensure service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and monthly reporting targets are met.
  • Manage staff schedules, priorities, and cross-training initiatives for seamless coverage.
  • Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, export control, and radiation protection policies — acting as Radiation Protection Supervisor (RPS) and onsite Safety Supervisor.
  • Track and analyse repair cycles, repeat returns, and implement improvements in quality and turnaround.
  • Manage depot budget (P&L) and inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and cost control.
  • Maintain and update test fixtures and tools for high-quality repairs.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of depot staff.
  • Provide data-driven insights through monthly management reviews and continuous improvement reporting.
  • Ensure all certifications (e.g. forklift, hazmat) are acquired and kept up to date.

QualificationsAbout You:

  • Proven leadership experience in a service, repair, or logistics environment.
  • Strong understanding of repair operations, inventory management, and team supervision.
  • Experience managing budgets, service metrics, and operational KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and use specialised systems.
  • Knowledge of or willingness to be trained in RPS, hazmat handling, and other site-specific safety roles.
  • A collaborative and decisive leadership style, committed to driving performance and continuous improvement.
