Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Little Island
Salary: €35,000
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:30am-5:00pm, Fri 8:30am-4:00pm
Annual Leave: 20 days** Fully Onsite Role **About the Role:
I am looking for a proactive Office Administrator to support a busy Service and Installation team for my client. This role involves coordinating service call-outs, managing reports and paperwork, placing orders, and ensuring all documentation is complete and up to date.Key Duties:Log and coordinate service requestsOrder and track parts and materialsCollect and send reports and PO documentationMaintain installation records and certificationsSupport project handovers and maintenance transitionsWhat You’ll Need:Strong admin and organisational skills * Stong technical skills/systems useConfident communication and follow-upAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentApply within to be considered.
