Hours: 21 – 35 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the child’s needs and develop individualized care and placement plans
• Oversee the child’s case, coordinate services, and ensure continuity of care
• Monitor safety and wellbeing, intervene when necessary, and follow child protection protocols
• Work with birth families, foster carers, and guardians to support reunification or long-term care
• Collaborate with psychologists, educators, healthcare professionals, and legal teams
• Liaise with schools, community services, and external agencies
• Promote the rights and voice of the child in all decisions affecting their life

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work
• CORU Registration is mandatory
• Must be a resident in Ireland and legal right to work in Ireland without restriction.
• Willing to undergo Garda Vetting.
• International Police Clearance required (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months after the age of 16).
