This is an opportunity to help shape the future of ocean services through hands-on digital initiatives that make a difference (read: no endless meetings about buzzwords).What You’ll Be DoingLeading and supporting digital initiatives from idea to implementationCoordinating activities and keeping progress on track (yes, you’ll be the glue)Bridging tech, business needs, and the people using the toolsDriving change management and helping people actually adopt new ways of workingFacilitating collaboration between business users, IT, vendors, and partnersTranslating business challenges into digital opportunitiesSupporting business cases, documentation, and reporting (we promise, not just paperwork)
Who You’ll Work WithBusiness-side project sponsors who own the delivery of each initiativeProject-specific SME groups from across DeepOcean’s business areasProgram leaders who ensure strategy and architecture stay on track
Who We’re Looking ForYou’re the kind of person who gets both people and technology. You know that digital transformation is as much about changing behavior as it is about implementing new tools. You thrive in dynamic environments, know how to navigate change, and love solving complex problems.You probably have:A background in digital transformation, business development, or project coordinationA solid understanding of change management and organizational developmentExperience running cross-functional projectsThe ability to speak both ‘tech’ and ‘business’ fluentlyFamiliarity with digital tools, platforms, and system implementationStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsComfort working both strategically and hands-onBonus points if you bring:Experience from relevant industries, operations, or engineeringExperience with Agile delivery methodsKnowledge of business process mapping or service design
