Stone Sourcing is delighted be hiring an ICT Supporter on behalf of a very well-known IT-Services company.Home office- 40% | Location- Zürich, Basel, Olten, Zug | Salary- CHF 70-85k |Our client hiring multiple positions, and is looking to hire immediately.Tasks

• 1st and 2nd level support using the followign technologies (Microsoft Windows / Microsoft 365 / VDI systems (VMware Horizon, Citrix) / Sophos Firewall)
• Accepting and coordinating support requests from various customers
• Carrying out maintenance
• Collaborating on IT projects

Requirements

• Expertise in Windows and Virtualisation environments
• Experience in IT-support is preferred
• Very good knowledge of German and English
