We are seeking an experienced AV Project Manager to oversee and coordinate audiovisual projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a solid understanding of AV systems. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting the quality standards expected by our clients.Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple AV projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
  • Utilise project management software to track progress and communicate updates effectively.
  • Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement effective solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Present project updates and reports, ensuring transparency and alignment with expectations.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in AV systems integration.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management within the audiovisual industry or related fields.
  • Man-management skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on presenting information clearly.
  • Ability to analyse complex systems and provide actionable insights for improvement.
