This role offers an opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders and technology experts to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive organizational success.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop user-friendly dashboards on Power BI aligned with business requirementsCollaborate with business and technology SMEs to refine and enhance dashboard featuresBuild and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to extract and load data from 4-5 API-based data sourcesCreate logical data models that support accurate and efficient reportingOversee data integration and ensure seamless connectivity across multiple platformsWork alongside data analysts to conduct “Show & Tell” sessions with business stakeholdersMaintain data accuracy, security, and integrity across all reports and dashboardsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data pipelines or dashboardsDocument technical processes, design choices, and development stepsEnsure scalability and flexibility of solutions to adapt to growing business needsRequirements5+ years of hands-on experience in developing and managing Power BI dashboards, with a proven portfolio demonstrating expertiseAt least 1 year of relevant leadership experienceProficiency in data visualization principles and techniquesExperience working with marketing metrics and dashboards, including tools like Google Analytics, Hubspot, and Showpad metricsStrong knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines and logical data model creationBackground in working with API-based data sources and ensuring seamless integrationCapability to analyze complex datasets and present actionable insightsUnderstanding of data accuracy and governance best practicesFluent English communication skills at a B2+ levelNice to haveFamiliarity with advanced Power BI features such as custom visuals or DAX optimizationKnowledge of industry-specific KPIs or metrics relevant to marketing and salesExpertise in leveraging cloud-based environments to enhance Power BI solutionsWe offer/Benefits
