We are looking for a Prosjektingeniør who thrives at the intersection of technology, coordination, and customer collaboration. About the RoleAs a Project Engineer, you will be the technical backbone of customer projects, working closely with the Project Manager, Engineering, and Sourcing departments. Your mission: ensure all technical and engineering activities are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality. You will:

• Lead and inspire project team members, fostering growth and strong performance.
• Plan and analyze project programs, spotting risks early and ensuring smooth delivery.
• Coordinate technical solutions across departments, partners, and clients.
• Act as the technical authority, representing both our unit and the client in complex projects.
• Ensure top-notch project documentation and standards.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing expert technical support and anticipating market needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Engineering degree (or equivalent) with solid experience in a similar role.
• Strong skills in technical project planning and coordination.
• Confident in MS Office and effective in cross-team collaboration.
• Proactive, communicative, and fluent in English.

Bonus points if you bring:

• Proven project management experience.
• Knowledge of HVDC systems, EHV AC substations, or HVDC sites.
• Insights into the international HVDC market.
• Understanding of electrical power systems for Utility customers.
