We are seeking a Full Stack Developer focusing on our backend systems and devops/cloud infrastructure. In this position you will be responsible for building and maintaining the backend services and maintaining the infrastructure that supports Crowdsorsa globally.-Design, build and maintain scalable backend services (Typescript, Node, Express, Fastify).
-Manage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure.
-Work with DevOps, CI/CD (Docker containers, Gitlab) and Infrastructure as Code (Pulumi).
-Develop and maintain relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
-Develop our GIS-based systems (PostGIS and Mapbox).
-Help us scale our infrastructure to support growing global demand.
-Collaborate with the team to develop and test our service.
-Develop frontend applications (React).What do we expect?
-3+ years of experience in a similar role.
-Proficiency working with Typescript/Node.
-Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
-Proven experience designing and creating scalable backend services.
-Experience managing and maintaining scalable (ideally multi-AZ).
-Experience with Pulumi or other Infrastructure as Code tools.
-Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
-Experience with PostGIS, Mapbox or other GIS systems is a strong advantage.
-Knowledge in Express (or similar frameworks).
-Understanding of CI/CD and container technologies.
-Knowledge using Redis/WebSocket or other real-time processing tech.
-Working proficiency in English (Other languages are a plus).Bonus skills (Nice to have)
-Experience with any frontend technologies, especially React.
-Any experience with mobile app development (Native, Cross platform such as React Native).
-Experience working in a tech startup environment.
-Passion for sustainability, biodiversity and environmental impact.
-Any experience on gamification or gaming in general.We offer you
