Job Description Summary We are looking for a passionate Lead Program Integrator (LPI) e.g. a project manager to work on various product change and cost productivity projects related to embedded hardware of CARESCAPE Canvas and CARESCAPE ONE patient monitoring products and their clinical measurements. The Helsinki site is the center of excellence in patient monitoring development, and has a long history of innovation.Job DescriptionEssential ResponsibilitiesBe part of the installed base maintenance team for our flagship CARESCAPE Patient Monitors and ModulesLead a project team to execute product enhancement, quality, cost out or standards compliance projectsDrive electro-mechanical product design and documentation to meet Design Control rigor and applicable requirementCreate project plans, budgeting and project status report outs with plans for effective risk mitigationCollaborate with an external OEM manufacturer on a vital sign monitor to manage product changes, cybersecurity and customer feedback resolutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, QA/RA, sourcing, service, manufacturing) and suppliers providing parts to usQualifications/RequirementsMaster’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Physicist or equivalent knowledge/ experience.Previous experience in leading projects and R&D activities from concept to mass productionSolid technical knowledge and learning abilities on electro-mechanical technologies (electronics, mechanics, materials, embedded devices, wireless, cybersecurity, standards, testing) and related supplier infrastructureExperience in facilitating team and project work, including driving regular collaboration mechanisms.Ability to produce technical documentation and detailed project plansAbility to work, influence and communicate within global environmentA self-starter with good communication skillsProficiency in English, both spoken and written.
