You’ll help create a positive workplace, support the development of your colleagues, and ensure the team delivers top-notch customer service and strong results. Key responsibilities:Support the Department Manager with operations, personnel management, and follow-upContribute to a motivating and inclusive work environmentHelp maintain high standards in service, food, and customer experienceHandle daily challenges and solve problems during shiftsDelegate tasks and follow up with team membersAssist with ordering goods and managing stock levelsEnsure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards (HSE and food safety)Participate in training new employees Who are we looking for?You don’t need to be a “fully trained manager” – we’re looking for someone eager to grow and take on responsibility! Maybe you have experience as a shift leader, team leader, or store manager? Or perhaps you’ve worked in the service industry and are ready for the next step? PS: Due to the security rules at the airport, you must provide a certificate from the police.You also must have lived continuously in an EEA/EU country for the past 5 years or be a citizen of an EEA/EU country to work here. If you have lived in an EEA/EU country outside Norway during the last 5 years, you must submit a police certificate from the countries in which you have lived.
