This is a pivotal moment in SAS history and we’re looking for passionate, forward-thinking professionals to help shape what’s next!As part of our Network Scheduling team, you’ll play a key role in designing and optimizing our traffic program to deliver seamless connectivity and operational excellence. You’ll collaborate across departments – from Network Management and Crew Planning to Fleet and Maintenance – ensuring our schedule is both commercially strong and operationally robust.Key Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize traffic programs, balancing commercial goals with operational realities
  • Address short to medium-turn capacity changes, while ensure high productivity and resilience in our traffic program
  • Deliver commercial and operational KPIs with an analytical and proactive approach
  • Manage SAS’s slot portfolio at key congested airports, ensuring compliance with IATA deadlines and regulations

What we are looking for?

  • 3+ years of experience in airline network planning/scheduling, operational planning, or strategic/financial planning
  • Familiarity with IATA slot guidelines is a strong advantage
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to balance data-driven insights and qualitative factors
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English
  • University degree (Economics, Engineering, Logistics management or similar)
  • EU work permit required
