We believe in people first – starting every customer relationship with a face-to-face meeting and building trust that sets us apart.We’re looking for an Inventory & Supply Lead to join our ambitious team in Copenhagen, who’ll be the single point of accountability for keeping the right hardware in the right place at the right time — avoiding stock-outs and making sure we use what we have efficiently.What you’ll do

• Keep track of hardware across all markets
• Plan and update monthly demand forecasts with input from country teams
• Make sure stock orders are placed on time, with enough lead time to avoid shortages
• Manage and track hardware returns and refurbishment
• Flag risks early — whether that’s running low in a market or seeing big swings in demand
• Work closely with finance, product, and operations to align on needs and spend
• Cooperation with third parties – external warehouse and suppliers of hardware
• Suggest and implement process improvements so we get faster, simpler, and more reliable over time

Who you areExperience

• 3–5 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, logistics, or operational coordination – preferably in a company dealing with physical hardware
• Experience working across multiple countries or departments
• Has worked with demand forecasting and purchase planning

Skills

• Strong in structure and attention to detail, able to keep track of many moving parts and deadlines
• Proficient in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and preferably experienced with BI tools
• Good communication skills, able to align country managers, product teams, and finance
• Problem solver – can identify when something doesn’t add up and fix it quickly

• Proactive – doesn’t wait for problems to arise but anticipates them in advance
• Hands-on – not afraid to dive into data or check the details
• Enjoys creating order and standardizing processes
• Comfortable with change and a fast-paced (hyper-growth) environment
