Located in Svendborg, SBS Friction A/S designs and manufactures advanced friction solutions for motorcycles, scooters, ATVs, and industrial applications. With R&D, HQ, and production facilities under one roof, the company is built on passion, persistence, and performance.Your RoleAs Plant Quality Manager, you will ensure product and process quality, manage health & safety initiatives, and lead a team of 7 skilled professionals. Reporting to the Plant Manager in Denmark and with a dotted line to Functional Motorcycle Quality Manager in Brembo Headquarters in Italy, you will be an integral part of both local and global quality frameworks.Your key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards (IATF, customer, process, supplier, lab).
• Lead problem-solving initiatives and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and reduce the cost of poor quality.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and manage audits.
• Develop control plans and quality documentation.
• Deploy and improve Health & Safety systems in compliance with legal and Brembo standards.
• Promote best practices in safety and ensure accident/risk management.
• Inspire, lead, and develop your quality and H & S team.

Who are you?You are a hands-on, structured leader with a passion for quality and health and safety. You excel at building relationships and thrive in a fast-paced, international setting.Qualifications & experience

• 5-10 years of quality experience in a manufacturing setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical education
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Experience in Health & Safety is a clear advantage
