About the RoleAs a Commissioning Manager – Electrical (m/f/d), you will play a vital role within the quality and commissioning team. Your electrical engineering expertise and project leadership will be essential in ensuring the successful planning and execution of all commissioning phases for complex technical projects.Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire commissioning process for assigned electrical systems.
- Prepare detailed commissioning execution plans.
- Review and validate commissioning procedures for accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee the development and tracking of commissioning schedules aligned with construction milestones.
- Coordinate system interfaces between disciplines during the commissioning process.
- Ensure compliance with company health, safety, and environmental (EHS) policies.
- Provide field support and technical guidance to commissioning staff.
- Maintain accurate commissioning documentation and records.
- Manage system acceptance coordination with subcontractors and client operational teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP commissioning or commissioning management roles.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and engineering practices.
- Solid knowledge of QA/QC standards and commissioning methodologies.
- Proactive, service-oriented approach with strong team and communication skills.
- Proficient English
- German language skills (Nice to have)
