MIT consists of over 170 highly skilled engineers across Denmark and India and provides Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and IT infrastructure engineering services to customers in the Pharmaceutical API production sector.As a Senior Manager, your role will be crucial in leading a team that delivers Manufacturing Execution System (MES) services. You will be responsible for defining the department’s strategy and ensuring its successful execution. Additionally, you will build and maintain lasting collaborative partnerships with both internal and external partners, leveraging these relationships to achieve organizational objectives.Location Virum Department Manufacturing IT

As a Senior manager, you’ll be working with a motivated, multi-disciplinary team where you will be::
- Provide visionary leadership, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and coordinating with other departments for successful project execution
- Responsible for managing 15-25 employees provides IT infrastructure engineering services to customers in the Pharmaceutical API production sector
- Drive competence development in your department alongside the management team across Denmark and India
- Managing stakeholder communication and collaboration with customer representatives
- Actively participate in projects to stay updated on technical advancements and align with the NNE way of working

The miles you’ve walked

- A degree in engineering
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in people management, including leader of leaders
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharma, biotech, or life science industry, with a background in engineering projects
- Strong network experience within the field of Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
- Strong experience within strategy development and execution
