- Lead and own new product development (NPD) and redesign projects by coordinating stakeholders and managing project timelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for specific customers and products within the PM team.
- Ensure all steps of the NPD and redesign process are followed according to training guidelines.
- Stay informed of packaging, recipe, production, and logistics possibilities within the organization.
- Initiate and manage process improvement projects, both within PM and across the broader organization.
- Collaborate with PDM and Sales to propose amendments to the product portfolio, optimizing performance for both clients and the organization.
Required skills:
- Higher professional education or university degree
- 5 years of work experience in a similar function in an FMCG company
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel. PowerPoint)
- Client-oriented mindset
