The PositionLIZY is looking for a Fleet Ops Associate to join our team.You will play a pivotal role in managing LIZY’s fleet operations, ensuring we deliver exceptional value to our customers and partners. You’ll bridge the gap between strategy and execution, working both with executives at OEMs and hands-on with our commercial and operational teams. This role is a perfect mix of strategic impact and operational excellence. You’ll need to be ready to roll up your sleeves while driving meaningful results.Your mission will include the following points:

• Build Supplier Relationships: Collaborate with key suppliers across Europe to secure the best deals for our customers. Negotiate effectively to secure the best deals and maintain LIZY’s competitive edge.
• Procurement & Supply Management: Purchase vehicles with a keen eye on supply and demand forecasts, ensuring LIZY always has the right inventory to meet market needs. Balance short-term requirements with long-term strategic goals in procurement decisions.
• Build a Winning Commercial Offering: Analyze supply and demand trends to design a competitive pricing architecture that meets market needs and supports LIZY’s strategic goals. Develop promotional strategies, discount frameworks, and segment-specific offers to attract a diverse customer base
• Support Strategic Sales: Partner with the sales team to build competitive offers for RfPs, leveraging your deep understanding of the used car market and leasing market.
• Optimize Stock Management: Shape LIZY’s offering by building and managing vehicle inventory to ensure we remain competitive while minimizing holding costs.
• Contribute to Fleet Growth: Identify opportunities to scale our fleet while improving processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

You’re a commercially driven individual with a strong sense of ownership and knack for balancing big-picture thinking with attention to detail. You’re just as comfortable discussing long-term strategies with top executives as you are navigating and executing on complex operational challenges. You can look at the bigger picture but are ready to dive in deep into the nitty gritty and roll up your sleeves to get things done. 💪 Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in the automotive industry, consulting, or a startup environment
• Strong analytical & communication skills.
• A strong academic record and extracurriculars.
• Full proficiency in French or Dutch, and English (extra language is a plus)
