About the job #10788 Salesforce Analyst / ConsultantSalesforce Analyst / ConsultantAim of the Position:This position will work closely with our Data Analyst to implement strategic initiatives thatimprove business efficiency and enhance customer experience across the Irish and UK offices.This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects and be part of the rapid growthwithin our EV Charging segment.Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Expertise: Provide expertise on current Salesforce projects and recommend
- tailored solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Data Governance: Ensure data quality through robust controls and adherence to
- company-wide data governance processes and procedures.
- Dashboard Development: Gather and analyse requirements to develop dashboards for
- management reporting of KPIs and data insights.
- Reporting: Create reports for internal teams, external clients, and stakeholders.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date technical and operations documentation to meet
- project deadlines.
- System Administration: Admin-level responsibilities, including working with flows,
- process builders, and email alerts, and making minor system changes.
- Testing and Training: Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and
- support end-user training and adoption strategies.
- Ongoing Support: Provide continuous support and optimisation of Salesforce features
- and integrations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A third-level degree in data analytics or a related field is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a data analytics-related
- environment.
- Proven experience working with Salesforce software (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud,
- etc.). Strong understanding of platform features and functionalities.
- Salesforce certification (Admin or Consultant) is required.
- Proficiency with SQL and mid-level expertise in data visualisation tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- A self-starter with attention to detail who has a focus on problem solving, automation,
- and reconciliation.
- Analytical: (e.g. comfortable with data) and can combine an understanding of business
- objectives, customer needs and data required to deliver customer experience and
- business results.
- Ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity, and rapid change.
Working Hours:Standard hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am 4:30 pm; Friday, 8:00 am 3:30 pm.Flexibility: On occasion, extended hours may be required with prior notice.
