Chatime Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven bilingual Account and Marketing Manager (Irish and East Asian market) Responsibilities Account management & Business development — •Manage Chatime’s key business accounts and partners among Irish and Asian communities, ensuring excellent client relationships •Collaborate with franchise partners and internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all locations. •Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of promotional materials and merchandise •Actively develop new partners and corporate clients to expand business opportunities to increase Chatime brand awareness •Reach out to various corporations and event organizers on behalf of Chatime for potential collaborations, partnerships, and sponsorships •Build strong relationships with Asian communities, including supermarkets, restaurants, and companies, to promote Chatime signage, bubble tea, and develop long-term partnerships or pop-up plans •Assist Chatime branches in organizing and coordinating offline events, such as pop-up stores, brand activations, and trade shows •Lead and execute the Chatime event to promote and market the brand among different cities Marketing execution & Brand Management– •Design Chatime flyers and marketing materials, such as banners, brochures, and digital content, for marketing and event use •Oversee company designs to ensure they align with the brand identity and guidelines •Support Chatime marketing team to develop and schedule content for digital platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Chinese social media platforms (Red Book, WeChat, Weibo, Douyin) •Proactively draft and create engaging posts, videos, and graphics to showcase Chatime products, promotions, and brand events on a daily basis •Manage Chatime paid ad campaigns across social media platforms and contribute to offline marketing efforts such as print materials, brochures, and flyers •Build and maintain a positive relationship with followers, especially Asian followers, providing customer support and fostering loyalty •Assist in managing influencer partnerships and collaborations on Instagram, TikTok, Weibo,Douyin, and other platforms. • Coordinate with tiktok or Instagram or Red Book or Weibo influencers to promote brand campaigns both online and offline. •Support the management of email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with social media and offline event promotions. Requirement: •Academic background in design, marketing, or business development •Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, sales, Design or marketing or brand management •Proficiency in both Mandarin and English are essential; Cantonese is a plus •Strong interpersonal and communication skills, within both the Chinese and Irish markets •Experience in the food industry is essential •Background in branding and artistic content creation is mandatory •Skills in graphic design and video production •Expererence in social media management
