We at Avinode are looking for a hunter-minded Account ExecutiveAvinode Group is the undisputed market leader in business aviation software. As our new Account Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base through qualified new business acquisition. This is a pure hunter role, focused on new logos only – you will own the full sales cycle and then hand over to our Account Management and Customer Success teams post-close.This is a brand-new role at Avinode Group, giving you the opportunity to shape the scope and make a real impact from day one. You will be based in our Gothenburg HQ and report directly to the Sales Director.You’ll be joining a high-performing team with excellent support from our Marketing and RevOps functions. You’ll work with strong inbound demand and targeted outbound strategies – giving you both structure and flexibility to succeed.What you will do

  • Win new business for Avinode Group in EMEAA through outbound and inbound sales
  • Build and manage your pipeline from first contact to signed deal
  • Understand customer needs and match them with Avinode’s market-leading solutions
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, RevOps, and Sales Leadership
  • Ensure smooth handover to Account Management and Customer Success post-sale
  • Log and manage opportunities in our CRM (Salesforce)

What you bring

  • 5+ years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience, with a strong track record in new business acquisition
  • You identify as a hunter – driven by targets, growth, and challenge
  • Comfortable working internationally, across time zones and cultures
  • Experience using tools like Salesforce, Gong, PowerBI
  • Fluent in English
  • Willing to travel internationally up to 25%
  • Experience in business aviation is a plus
  • You’re confident but humble, driven yet collaborative – and thrive in a high-performing, ever-evolving sales environment.
