Vivino Media consists of three distinct commercial value propositions: Brand Partnership opportunities for Wineries, Enterprise IP, which offers unique data and branding tools for Retailers and Appliance Manufacturers and Third-party Advertising for adjacent business sectors.The Media team is critical to our business’s commercial success. We are actively recruiting to build upon our current team’s capabilities in Ad Operations, Customer Success, Sales, Key Account Management, B2B Marketing, Business Insights, and Product Development.Sales performance and client retention and satisfaction
As an Account Executive at Vivino, based in London and reporting to our Global Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth by building strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions to wineries and regional wine associations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Achieving and exceeding monthly revenue targets through strategic sales efforts, upselling, and effective account management. You will identify and engage potential clients, leveraging industry knowledge to develop compelling pitches and proposals tailored to their unique needs
- The primary focus will be on market penetration in France and increasing the number of French clients
- As a trusted partner, you will propose data-driven and brand marketing solutions that align with client business goals while consistently demonstrating the value and ROI of Vivino’s offerings through insights and success stories. You will proactively engage clients throughout their lifecycle to ensure satisfaction, secure renewals, and foster loyalty
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and pipelines in Salesforce and other CRM tools is critical
- Representing Vivino at wine conventions and industry fairs to expand your network and drive new business opportunities
- Collaborating with internal teams, you will provide input on overall sales strategy, identify new revenue growth opportunities, and stay informed about industry trends to refine product offerings. By negotiating contracts, leading strategic discussions, and contributing to Vivino’s broader objectives, you will play a key role in shaping our success in the wine industry

You are skilled in crafting and delivering professional, high-impact presentations tailored to diverse audiences and have hands-on experience negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients of all sizes.This role requires strong global business acumen, including experience working with international clients, understanding cultural nuances, and managing global accounts. Candidates should be tech-savvy and proficient in marketing analytics tools, productivity software, and collaboration platforms. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential to effectively partner with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. It is advantageous to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and proactively seek opportunities to drive growth and improvement.Working at Vivino
