Develop and execute customer growth plans aligned with our client business strategy to ensure revenue growth, account penetration, and customer satisfaction. Include key details like buying cycles, customer goals, market information, and competitive analysis.
Coordinate with the BDM team and technical experts to influence key market players and expand our client presence in the renewable energy sector.
Communicate customer growth plans clearly with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment across Sales, Engineering, and Product Management.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, positioning our client as a preferred supplier by understanding customer needs and promoting relevant products and solutions.
Actively manage project pipelines and ensure timely involvement in new opportunities. Keep reporting tools, like Salesforce, updated.
Address customer issues proactively, ensuring quality resolution and timely delivery of quotes and technical information.
Prepare budgets, monitor KPIs, and report on project performance while promoting our client value to the customer.
Provide after-sales support through regular follow-ups and site visits.
Oversee the engineering project pipeline and align with growth strategies.
Support marketing efforts, demonstrate our client products, and participate in industry events.

Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or product management within an industrial or energy market.
Fluency in English is required
