This role is dedicated to developing new customer relationships within the designated territory, driving business growth, and ensuring sales targets are met. Strong communication and sales skills are essential for success in this role. Additionally, as cross-border collaboration is a key aspect of the position, proficiency in English is required.Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by achieving or exceeding sales and margin targets outlined in the financial plan.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts through regular updates, active participation in weekly calls, and contribution to the annual budgeting process.
- Build and nurture relationships with key end-users, ensuring consistent follow-up on sales opportunities within the assigned region.
- Establish and maintain strong connections with key decision-makers both internally and externally to drive business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, converting prospects into profitable sales.
- Manage quotations and sales proposals, ensuring timely follow-up and successful conversion into orders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Centers of Excellence, Application
- Engineering, and Application Specialists to deliver tailored solutions using both standard and custom-designed products.
- Align with local, regional, and global teams to implement business strategies that contribute to exceeding financial targets.
- Promote products, services, and solutions by organizing customer engagement activities such as presentations, seminars, and training sessions.
- Provide regular reports to Commercial Management, sharing insights on sales activities, market trends, competitor actions, customer feedback, and opportunities for business improvement
Skills and Competencies
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to support initiatives that drive growth and market expansion.

- Regional and Marketing Managers to inform strategic decisions.
- Adhere to the Delegation of Authority (DoA) guidelines, ensuring proper approvals and escalation procedures are followed.
- Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce.com) effectively, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with HSSEQ (Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality) regulations, promoting a safe and responsible work environment across the organization.
- Maintain a professional representation of the company, fostering positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines and ethical standards.
- Act as a champion for health and safety, prioritizing a culture of safety and compliance in all business activities.
Education and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience is required.
- Strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of industrial markets is essential.
- Extensive sales experience, with well-developed presentation, commercial negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external customers.
- Proactive and energetic approach, presenting a professional and articulate image at all times.
- Highly organized and deadline-driven, with excellent time management skills.
- Takes full ownership and accountability for project completion.
- Self-motivated and independent, capable of working effectively with minimal supervision.
- A flexible and professional attitude, adapting to changing business needs and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), with CRM system experience being an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the designated region, with occasional travel outside the assigned territory as required.
