We create employee communications for global brands which educate, energise and enlighten, transforming tricky topics into inspiring employee stories.As a Stitch Account Manager you play a key role in managing client internal communication campaigns and projects. You will oversee the deliver of multi-media employee communications from initial pitch to final delivery and everything in between.The Account Manager opportunity;

• Working with global brands and high street names on employee communication projects spanning geographies, channels, languages and styles.
• Digesting and interpreting the client ask, writing excellent and effective briefs, whether it’s for a piece of copy, new brand, video or an animation.
• Working closely with creative teams, client and colleagues to create employee communications which meets the brief and exceed expectations.
• Championing quality; using your laser sharp focus on the detail; the words, the numbers and final delivery.
• Managing a range of projects and client, ad hoc one off comms needs to annual global campaigns – no two days are ever the same.
• Overseeing the commercials, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget.
• Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture.

Connect to your skills and professional experience

• You are perhaps working at a creative agency, or in a marketing, communications or digital role
• A proven project or account manager you will already be looking after complex projects or programmes, familiar working with a range of creative teams, clients and/or suppliers
• You are a confident and clear communicator, you write well and can articulate yourself effectively in both verbal and written formats.
• You have a good grasp of numbers and an ability to competently cost, track and report on projects to measure key metrics. You will be experienced in planning and managing budgets and project finances.
• You are organized and calm under pressure, you know your way round a project plan and are familiar with all the usual office communication tools and applications, you know your .jpeg from your .mp4 your .ppt from the .xls !
• A people person who really shines no matter who you’re working with… the team, clients, colleagues or network of suppliers.
