In this hybrid role, you’ll take ownership of key financial processes and contribute to the success of a global technology company. While the role is based in Eskilstuna, we also have offices in Gothenburg, where you can work from if preferred.Job Responsibilities
- Weekly and monthly Status sales reporting for Hexagon Metrology Nordics.
- Monthly P&L and Balance Sheet, including disclosure forms, and OneStream reporting.
- Monthly analytical review of the financial results.
- IFRS Leasing Reporting.
- Balance Sheet reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations/recharges.
- Manage local statutory reporting and audits.
- Ensure all local reporting obligations are met, including VAT, Social costs, EU sales reports, Intrastat, Statistical reports.
- Hands-on control of accounting.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Fully qualified Accountant with at least 3 years of experience (or a strong part-qualified accountant).
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good Excel knowledge (e.g. lookups, pivot tables).
- Fluent in both Swedish and English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work flexibly to meet tight month and year end deadlines.
- Hands-on mentality and ownership responsibility since only a few of the tasks can be delegated.
- Ability to establish good working relationships across the Group.
- Ideally, some experience with Sweden’s local tax regulations, but training will be provided.
