As Accounting Manager, you will lead a team of 4-5 colleagues, driving the development of competencies within your department while optimizing our accounting and reporting processes for greater efficiency. Your responsibilities will encompass managing Group and statutory reporting for 1 legal unit and 3 operative units, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations and maintaining the highest standards of quality. Collaboration with the accounts payable team in Prague, as well as interaction with banks and tax authorities, will be key aspects of your role.This position offers a breadth of assignments that, regardless of your experience level, will continually challenge you to grow within the accounting domain, fostering continuous learning and professional development.What we expect from you
To succeed as our Accounting Manager, you hold a deep understanding of the field and experience from a leading position.We think you have at least five years’ experience in accounting leadership, combined with proficiency in IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), Swedish accounting rules, regulations, as well as tax rules. Solid knowledge of Excel and PowerBI as well as communication skills in English, both written and spoken, is essential.A master’s degree in economics, with a specialization in accounting, serves as an ideal educational foundation, while prior exposure to SAP and experience within a production company are advantageous.In addition to your expertise, you can create well-working teams, fostering team spirit and motivation within your team through coaching and constructive feedback. Your commitment to knowledge-sharing and collaborative problem-solving, coupled with effective communication skills, will be invaluable assets in this role.City and Country
