Accounting Manager – More than just numbers!As Accounting Manager, you will be at the heart of our financial operations, overseeing all of the revenue accounting and reporting for our many evolving business initiatives. You will partner closely with Operations, Sales, and Product to drive smart and scalable business decisions.Supporting the evolution of Vivino’s financial operationsReporting to the Global Corporate Controller, you will have a vital role in supporting the evolution of Vivino’s financial operations and will support all aspects of accounting and compliance globally. You will oversee revenue/cogs recognition and reporting across all Vivino revenue streams, and develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners at all levels of the organization.Revenue Recognition ExpertisePerform monthly revenue accounting close responsibilities, including but not limited to: GAAP revenue analysis, cost of revenue analysis, accounts receivable reconciliations, review journal entries, and review close package deliverablesReview new contracts and transactions for potential accounting issues and document findingsCross-Functional CollaborationSupport the business with new product launches and ongoing business initiativesSystems and Process OptimizationEvaluate current processes/tools and lead operational improvement initiatives to further streamline revenue tasks and shorten the revenue close calendar, including working with Product and Engineering teamsOperations and ComplianceOversee the daily operations of the accounts receivable, including policy management and collectionsThrive in the intersection of precision, strategy, and teamworkYou demonstrate excellent organizational skills and a systematic approach to managing tasks, ensuring efficiency and consistency in your work.
