This is a unique opportunity to get business insight in a fast-growing international company. Your main tasks will be to support processes around Travel & Entertainment, to ensure timely entries, so that the Organization has an updated set of data available.Milestone are continuously striving to maintain the position as global market leader within the VMS market. This effort relies greatly on bright minds driving forward the Milestone values.Expand your financial competenciesYou will be part of a professional team consisting of ten colleagues, reporting to the Accounting Manager. Your schedule will be flexible according to your studies, but we are expecting that you will work approximately 15 hours a week. There will not be any travel requirements, and your normal workplace will be Brøndby, Copenhagen. Your task would look something like this:

• Timely review and booking of travel expense
• Follow up on outstanding credit card transactions
• Assist with expense reimbursement claims
• Provide support to existing and new users on how to use the Travel and Entertainment system
• Handle various ad-hoc requests from the Organization

The matching profile:Preferably, you are studying for a master’s degree within relevant areas such as Finance or Business Administration. You need to have approximately two years left before graduating. Advanced user in Excel is an advantage. You should be able to tick off the following:

• Detail oriented
• Ability to work independently
• Strong team player
• Systematic and professional when dealing with tasks
• Fluent in English
