Job description

• Coordinating the accounts payable functions of the company.
• Processing invoices and verifying their accuracy.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing reports.
• Ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
• Liaising with the Accounting & Finance Department to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Conducting account reconciliations.
• Complying with financial policies and regulations.
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.

Hybrid 2 days from home35k – 40kA successful Accounts Payable – FTC should have:

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
• Previous roles in accounts payable.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and procedures.
• Accounting Technician or currently undertaking accounting exams would be advantageous but not essential
