Job Description:As an Administration & Billing Manager you will be responsible for overseeing administrative operations and financial billing processes within an organization.
NOV in Stavanger is looking for a candidate to lead our administration and billing team for DBS Norway. The ideal candidate has experience with administration and economy.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the Administration and Billing team for DBS Europe
• Personnel responsibility for the team, recruiting, follow up
• Responsibility for the work to be done, delegating, organizing follow up
• Together with the team you are responsible for the following tasks:

• all invoicing, 3rd party, sales order invoicing, recharge invoices and IC
• accruals
• Follow up unbilled revenue, send reminders
• Run weekly AR & Unbilled report and meeting
• the work order process
• daily running and administration of office and facilities
• Create and administrate po
• Approving invoices in TAP
• Fixing Monday report
• Provide input to the Shared Service accounting team, on financial reporting, including SOX, VAT, tax and general audits, etc.
• Carry out other duties as and when business requirements dictate as may be reasonably expected

Qualifications:

• Standard Grade Level of Secondary Education or equivalent (Essential)
• Bachelor’s degree within accounting or finance (Desirable)

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of previous experience within similar job role (Essential)
• Experience of Rig Office and JDE Systems, or other document control and ERP systems (Desirable)
• Previous experience within similar job role in the Oil & Gas industry (Desirable)

Skills, training, or special knowledge:

• Computer literacy including good knowledge of Microsoft application (Essential)
• Good communication skills (Essential)
• Formal customs training (Desirable)
• Formal training on NOV systems RigOffice, JDE etc (Desirable)
