The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and embrace a variety of tasks, including coordinating and scheduling transport for incoming and outgoing consignments. Your keen attention to detail will empower you to manage and process logistics-related documentation swiftly and accurately.Experience in administration will be advantageous as you will handle delivery notes, invoices, and customs paperwork as part of your contributions. Strong communication skills will foster effective relationships with suppliers and carriers, while your excellent interpersonal abilities will enable you to resolve customer issues related to deliveries, stock, or paperwork with confidence.We anticipate a professional demeanor as you support our dynamic warehouse and production teams with logistics planning. This exciting opportunity with a fresh produce company in Dalcross is a maternity cover position, initially for six months, with the potential for extension. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate records of orders, stock levels, and shipments.Your talent for preparing reports and analyzing performance will shine through your use of the full Microsoft Office Suite, making your experience and knowledge vital.The working hours are from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with the possibility of remote management of Saturday mornings on a shared basis.
