Our innovative physical and digital solutions improve efficiency, production and maximize reservoir value.Partner with the bestAs an Advanced Real Time Engineer, you will be working offshore as part of the 24/7 operations team collaborating with the drilling contractor/Operator offshore.Responsibilities include monitoring and evaluation of drilling and well parameters in order to complete operations in a safe and efficient manner, operate our fleet of downhole measurement and logging tools while drilling.In this role you will be:Responsible for monitoring drilling parameters (surface system parameters)Responsible for the operation of downhole tools (MWD/LWD)Performing Pressure Evaluation duties as per client well programs, if requiredPerforming engineering programs as requested by clientInput at the wellsite of geological and engineering dataEnsuring QA of data is of the required levelPrepare and QA, Surface Logging well ReportsEnsuring effective communication with other members of the crew, client representatives offshore and onshore coordinator.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a BSc in related subject.Have Norwegian and English Language SkillsHave experience working in offshore field environment.Have experience working on the Norwegian continental shelf.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.This role is offshore Norway based.Working with usOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
