WORK TASKSWe are looking for an After Sales Engineer to join ABB Oy Marine & Ports after sales team. In this role, you will work closely with both internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and requests related to spare parts. You will primarily be involved in providing technical support for spare parts and product inquiries, including part numbers and product specifications.Your main responsibilities:👉 Handle customer inquiries regarding spare parts and technical details for products.👉 Provide detailed technical information related to mechanical and electrical components.👉 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer needs.👉Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously with a proactive and systematic approach.👉Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality, efficient service.This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility to work both remotely and on-site.
