Would you like to help develop aftersales products, processes, and services in an international environment?We are looking for an experienced Aftersales Product & Technical Manager for JLR Import at Inchcape, based in Vantaa.You will be working in a dynamic, international environment that values customer orientation, collaboration, and continuous development. This role offers a front-row seat in the field of aftersales and the opportunity to leave your mark on enhancing customer experience.Your key responsibilities include:

• Developing aftersales products and programs, such as roadside assistance, service and maintenance contracts, accessory packages, local accessories, insurance, charging solutions, and other related offerings
• Ensuring the smooth operation of technical support and warranty handling
• Managing the spare parts logistics supply chain
• Leading and developing the aftersales team and improving related processes

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

• A higher education degree in engineering, supply chain management, or business (e.g., B.Eng., M.Sc. (Tech.), or M.Sc. (Econ.))
• At least 5 years of experience in aftersales leadership roles, with a focus on technical support, warranty management, and spare parts operations
• A strong understanding of the commercial drivers in aftersales
• Solid knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, and ERP systems
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
• Effective communication skills for internal coordination and supplier collaboration
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent command of both Finnish and English
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• A customer-oriented and professional approach to work
