This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic creative team whereby you can leverage your knowledge and expertise working with a team who use a very modern technology stack. We believe talent attracts and retains great talent and you’ll be working alongside some great individuals that want to mature and improve all areas within the product and the software lifecycle it is a part of.Your key responsibilities

• Delivery Management: Ensure project progress, continuous flow, and team commitment. Track work, manage risks, and resolve issues.
• Agile & Lean Principles: Champion lean and agile principles for quality, adaptability, speed, and alignment.
• Facilitation: Guide team and stakeholders to define a common vision, making decisions that foster a trusting, communicative environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Promote ongoing learning, question the status quo, and encourage creative ideas.
• Delivery Planning: Develop and evolve a realistic roadmap with milestones, mitigations, activities, and resources.
• Collaboration: Work with the Product Owner and Tech Lead to ensure prioritization balances business value, quality, and constraints.
• Leadership: Lead by example, supporting team members, and helping them to perform at their best.
• Feedback: Engage in continuous, actionable feedback to shape behaviors and foster learning.

RequirementsWhat you’ll need to succeedExperience

• Proven track record as an Agile Project Manager, Iteration Manager, and/or Scrum Master
• Participating in any software development team role (advantageous)
• Agile delivery methods
• Collaborating with a cross-functional software development team

• Consistent transparent, and accessible communications to all stakeholders
• Realistic and regular expectation setting and negotiation
• Risk mitigation
• People support and growth
• Creation of deployment systems/processes to reduce-friction-with external dependencies
• Managing the flow of work to reduced cycle time of stories from grooming through deployment

• Creation of cross-functional teams with the skills and capacity to be autonomous and performant.

Qualifications

• CSM or PSM (advantageous)
• Relevant professional qualifications (advantageous)
• Other agile qualifications such as KMP (advantageous)
