• Leverage your technical knowledge to bridge the gap between business goals and tech requirements.
• Lead technical teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment on priorities.
• Run Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to maintain momentum and focus.
• Establish ways of working (WoWs) to foster efficiency and consistency across projects.
• Coach and mentor other Project Managers to build a high-performing team.

Your profileWe are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual who excels in working independently with minimal supervision. You should demonstrate a creative approach to problem-solving and possess a “go-getter” attitude, always striving to find solutions and overcome challenges. Exceptional interpersonal communication skills are essential, enabling you to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.You also bring:

• Strong experience in Agile methodologies and delivering projects in dynamic environments.
• A solid understanding of AI, data engineering, or related tech fields to effectively guide discussions and decision-making.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver complex technical projects on time.
• A knack for aligning business objectives with technical execution.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide teams.
