We of course also offer competitive salary and a great benefits package.About the role:Our current Underwriting works well for us. We have a solid methodology, large amounts of good data and great business results. We are now setting an ambitious goal for a small dedicated AI-team to create our next AI-Underwriter collegue. Less human, but at least as intelligent. You work independently but can rely on support from an enthusiastic AI development team (based in UK and Norway) as well as a professional in-house IT-organization that takes care of the platform and can help integrate to existing or new IT solutions. As a developer, you will be working closely together with our brilliant data scientists, engineers, and underwriters to ensure the best outcome. We have a Google Cloud Platform based infrastructure, and we successfully partner with, but are not limited to, Google for our AI development.Your responsibilities will be:

• Develop, deploy, monitor, and maintain AI enabled business solutions
• Model validation and testing strategies
• Performance and reliability through continuous monitoring and optimization
• Select the right technology, troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Work with colleagues to integrate AI models into existing underwriting workflows
• Contributing to best practices for AI model delivery
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines

We think you fit in well with us if you:

• Have a Master’s degree in AI, computer science, data science, or a related field
• Have proven experience in developing AI, LLM and/or Machine Learning based solutions
• Passionately keep your skills and knowledge up to date
• Be a Creative problem-solver and innovative driving force
• Be good at discovery, analysis and specification
• Have a practical understanding and interest in algorithms, big data and search
• Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a benefit
• Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps is a benefit
