The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, Large Language Models (LLM), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI agents.Grundläggande kvalifikationerResponsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize, integrate and deploy LLMs and other AI oriented solutions.
- Design, develop and deploy advanced and scalable generative AI pipelines, optimize search strategies and build custom algorithms.
- Analyze complex datasets and develop efficient data storage and cleaning strategies
- Conduct research and experiments with different stages of AI/ML pipelines to improve performance, user experience and cost efficiency
Skills
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent.
- 3+ years proven experience in a previous role as a Data scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, Computer Vision Engineer or equivalent.
- Experience in developing (data collection, model creation and calibration) and deploying Machine Learning applications.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models, generative AI, RAG and agentic AI.
- Strong understanding of semantic search and Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience working with PyTorch and/or Tensorflow/Keras.
- Experience with AI frameworks such as Langchain, Haystack, LlamaIndex etc
- Experience with embeddings and vector databases such as Weaviate, Pinecone, ChromaDB etc
- Familiarity with containerization (docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with cloud integration and deployment with platforms like Azure, AWS or GCP. Skills in Azure is a plus.
- Familiarity with knowledge graphs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
