We are seeking an AI Self-Service Tool Lead User to join our Data Science team for a full-time, permanent position. The position is based in Helsinki, but you can also work remotely with us according to our flexible work concept.POSITION OVERVIEWAs our AI Self-Service Tool Lead User, you will be the power user and internal product owner for DNA’s portfolio of enterprise-grade AI productivity solutions. Your core mission is to translate the fast-moving landscape of Copilots, chatbots and no-code/low-code agents into everyday impact for every team and role. You will lead hands-on sessions that upskill colleagues from beginners to power users, benchmark new vendors and guide make-or-buy decisions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOwn self-service AI tooling, including M365 copilotProvide hands-on support for power users in bot/agent development, foster power user community (best practices, use case sharing, etc.)Coordinate and organize AI training and have strong input in personnel upskilling programSupport in make/buy design decisions and evaluation of emerging AI toolingSupport in different AI processes related to regulation and onboardingCollaborate closely with other data scientists, developers, business stakeholders and cross-functional business teams to deliver impactful results.REQUIREMENTSFamiliar with leading AI self-service tools (M365 Copilot, Google Agentspace, ChatGPT enterprise) features, commercials, terms, pros/cons, etc.Hands-on analytical power user skills on multiple such toolsStrong communication, social, coaching, facilitating organising skillsFamiliarity with hyperscalers Azure, Google, AWS, and their AI solutionsFluency in Finnish and English, both written and spokenExperience in telecommunication industry is considered an advantageThis position requires an approved statement of security clearance.WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:As stated in our employer promise we want to offer you a humane workplace where everyone can be one-of-a-kind as part of our community.
