You will participate in diverse projects from various industries, to mention a few: fintech, blockchain, well-being, navigation, e-learning, etc. You will not get bored!
You will build scalable and modern apps – that are used by tens of thousands of people across the globe (mainly in Europe and the US region) – using Clean Code.
You will help us identify improvements in our software development, tech stack, and DevOps pipeline and help the team implement these solutions.

Requirements
Extensive experience in BOT development, including: Google CCAI, Ultimate AI, GenAI integrations (LLM-based), using ChatGPT 4o and Gemini Flash 1.5
Proficiency in API integration and onboarding across various BOT platforms
Strong JavaScript skills, particularly for API integrations
Experience deploying BOTs across multiple channels, such as: Facebook Messenger, Genesys Cloud, Other omni-channel environments
Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, especially: Pub/Sub for messaging, BigQuery for data processing and analytics
Working knowledge of infrastructure and versioning tools, including: GitHub, Terraform
Experience with HTML/JSON builder for designing conversational interfaces
Proficiency in BOT performance monitoring tools, such as: Slack (alerts and workflows), Grafana, Splunk
Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies, using JIRA for sprint and release management
Experience in BOT optimization, including: A/B testing using Optimizely
Incident management skills for troubleshooting BOT workflows
Awareness of accessibility best practices to support inclusive BOT experiences
