Service Engineer – Compressed Air & Ancillary Equipment Location: Nationwide (Travel Required) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Negotiable + Overtime + Incentive Options About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer to join our team, where a healthy work environment and work-life balance are valued. This role offers variety, mental challenges, and an opportunity to work with Compressed Air, Vacuum, Dust Extraction, and Ancillary Equipment in a dynamic service environment. As a Service Engineer, you will: Service and maintain a large existing customer base nationwide. Install, maintain, and repair compressed air plant and ancillary equipment at customer sites. Perform planned preventative maintenance according to schedules. Carry out reactive maintenance when required. Identify and implement preventative maintenance improvements on equipment. Maintain computerized and manual records, reports, and liaise with service personnel, suppliers, and customers. Report to the Service Coordinator for scheduling and operational requirements. Required Skills & Experience: Industrial Experience Experience with Compressors Piping & Duct Installations Experience Excellent communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Hands-on approach to problem-solving, diagnosis, and achieving results Flexibility to accommodate operational and customer demands Willingness to travel to customer sites for reactive maintenance Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a service environment Preferred Skills (Advantageous but not required): Basic Electrical Experience PLC Variable Speed Drive & Control Systems Experience What We Offer: Competitive Salary (Negotiable) Overtime & Incentive Options Company Van, Fuel Card, iPhone, Tablet If you are looking for a rewarding and engaging role within a supportive team environment, apply today!
