Job Title: Air Conditioning Project ManagerLocation: Bristol
Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + BenefitsAbout the Company: We are working in partnership with a well-established and rapidly growing HVAC specialist delivering bespoke air conditioning and ventilation solutions across commercial, retail, and industrial sectors. With a strong pipeline of secured projects and continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager with a strong background in Air Conditioning systems to join their dynamic operations team.Role Overview: As an HVAC Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and delivery of air conditioning projects ranging from £20k to £1m+. Covering sites across Bristol and surrounding areas, you will manage multiple installations simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial planning to final handover

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to align project objectives

• Coordinate and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain

• Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications

• Conduct site inspections and chair progress meetings

• Prepare and manage RAMS, ensuring all Health & Safety compliance is met

• Provide technical guidance to site engineers and operatives

• Track project milestones, control budgets, and monitor performance

• Regularly update senior management on project status, risks, and KPIs

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HVAC project management, ideally with an air conditioning focus

• Strong technical knowledge of AC systems (VRF/VRV, split systems, chilled water, etc.)

• Demonstrable track record of managing projects valued between £20k-£1m+

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Familiar with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices

Desirable Qualifications:

• F-Gas certification or strong working knowledge of F-Gas compliance

• SMSTS or SSSTS certification

• HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services

• IOSH or NEBOSH Health & Safety certification
