Role: Air Freight Operator (Exports)
Location: Dublin 17
Type: Permanent, Full time, Site-based, Monday-Friday
Package: €Neg DOEWe are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our logistics team as an Air Export Operator. This role involves managing and overseeing air export shipments to ensure efficient and timely delivery for our clients.Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of air export shipments, including booking, documentation, and compliance with international regulations.
- Communicate with airlines, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and verify export documentation such as airway bills, customs declarations, and commercial invoices.
- Monitor shipments and provide updates to clients regarding status and any delays.
- Resolve issues promptly, including discrepancies in documentation or shipment delays.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards for air freight.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in air export or freight forwarding is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant software, including Microsoft Office and logistics systems.
