DescriptionMy client is a leading aircraft lessor recruiting a Legal Associate to join its legal team in Dublin.Responsibilities:

• Support legal execution of aircraft and engine transactions, including lease amendments, novations, and deliveries.
• Draft and manage closing documents, board resolutions, certificates, NDAs, and notices.
• Coordinate with external counsel, lenders, and internal teams across deal cycles.
• Assist in transaction tracking, legal admin, and precedent management across portfolios.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ legal experience in aircraft leasing or aviation finance, either in-house or in private practice.
• Strong drafting and legal admin skills; experience with corporate and transactional legal processes.
• A degree in law or a related discipline is preferred.
