Key Responsibilities:

• Manage purchasing, repair, and sales orders
• Process and transmit orders to suppliers
• Oversee inventory across warehouse locations
• Source parts for technical projects
• Negotiate with vendors on price, lead time, and terms
• Handle customs and shipping management
• Ensure all certification paperwork is current
• Manage Buyer Furnished Equipment (BFE) purchases for new aircraft
• Generate reports on equipment purchase and sale
• Assist in setting up GTAs with vendors

Qualifications:

• Procurement experience on new aircraft programs
• 3+ years in procurement or materials management with an aircraft lessor, airline, or MRO
• Understanding of tags and certification for aircraft parts
• Knowledge of FAA/EASA airworthiness requirements
