DescriptionWe are recruiting for a high-profile lessor with an opening for an Associate Director / AVP Tax to lead the tax team.Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic tax advice on global transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, and sales.
• Manage tax compliance processes, including corporate tax, VAT, and transfer pricing.
• Lead tax audits and liaise with tax authorities and third-party stakeholders.
• Oversee tax planning initiatives in collaboration with leadership and external advisors.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and compliance optimization.
• Monitor legislative changes and maintain up-to-date tax guidance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in tax management, preferably within the financial services or aviation leasing industry.
• Professional accounting or tax qualification (ACCA, ACA, CPA, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of both current and deferred taxation.
• Strong knowledge of international tax, preferably in aviation or asset management.
• Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and work independently.
