DescriptionOur client, a leading global aircraft lessor based in Dublin, is recruiting for an VP or SVP Legal to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to join one of the most respected aircraft leasing firms.Overview:As VP/SVP Legal, you will play a pivotal role in managing complex, cross-border transactions and overseeing the legal aspects of:

• Aircraft leasing transactions
• Aircraft acquisitions and sales
• Aircraft operating leases
• Associated financing arrangements
• You will be an integral part of a high-performing team, ensuring legal and compliance excellence across the organization’s operations.

Requirements

• A law degree with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Admission to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven experience in aviation leasing and finance, gained in a top-tier law firm or in-house with an aircraft leasing company.
• Strong negotiation and drafting skills in cross-border transactions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong commercial acumen with a strategic mindset.
